Frequently Asked Questions

Account & Access

How do I create an account on CourtClass.com?

Your account is created when you enroll. Choose your class, complete checkout, and set your username and password during registration. After that, you can sign in anytime to reach your class and your certificate.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the sign-in page, click “Lost your password?”, enter the email address you used to enroll, and we’ll send you a link to reset it. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Can I log in from multiple devices?

Yes. Your class works on any device — computer, tablet, or phone — and your progress is saved to your account, so you can switch devices anytime and pick up right where you left off.

Course & Video Help

How do I start my class?

Sign in with your account and your enrolled class will appear on your student dashboard. Click the course, then select the first lesson to begin. You can start, stop, and resume anytime.

The video isn’t playing. What should I do?

First, refresh the page and check your internet connection. If the video still won’t play, try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge) or clear your browser cache, and make sure any ad-blockers are paused for the site. If it still won’t play, contact support and we’ll help right away.

Can I pause and resume the video?

Yes. The class is self-paced, so you can pause anytime and resume later from any device. Your progress is saved automatically, so you won’t lose your place.

Completion & Certificates

How do I find my Attendance Verification Code (AVC)?

Your Attendance Verification Code appears on the slides as you move through each chapter — it’s shown on screen and read aloud twice in the audio. When you see or hear it, write it down; you’ll use these codes to verify you completed the lesson, so keep them handy as you go.

How do I download my Certificate of Completion?

Once you finish all lessons and pass the final requirements, your Certificate of Completion is available on your student dashboard. Open it there to view, download as a PDF, or print it, then submit it to your court, attorney, or probation officer.

How long is my certificate available?

Your Certificate of Completion is available to download for 6 months — the same as your course access. We recommend downloading and saving a copy as soon as you finish, and submitting it to your court right away, so you always have it on hand.
