Will My Certificate Be Accepted?

Students have 90 days to complete their course. To receive a Certificate of Completion, students must:
- Complete the entire course and meet time requirements
- Answer questions correctly as prompted
- Score at least 70% on the final exam and overall
- Retake for free if below 70%, per our Failure Policy
- Complete the course independently and honestly
- Finish within 90 days of enrollment
Refund Policy
Acceptance Guarantee – Court Rejection
- Certificate is officially rejected by court or agency
- Proof of rejection is submitted via email, fax, or mail
- Proof is submitted within 120 days of enrollment
Satisfaction Guarantee
- Course is discontinued by the student
- Refund requested within 10 days of registration
- No certificate was issued
- Request submitted in writing
Grading & Participation
Students must answer True/False, Multiple-Choice, Essay, and Verification Questions throughout the course to demonstrate engagement and learning.
Final grade must be 70% or higher including the Final Exam. Essay and verification participation is mandatory.
Failure Policy
Students may retake exams and chapters if an “Honest Attempt” was made. However, attempts to cheat or bypass the system void eligibility for retakes or refunds.
Extensions
Students may request a free 90-day extension within 15 days of course expiration. Later requests may also be approved at our discretion.
Privacy Policy
- Student data is used solely for validation and certification
- Financial data is not stored or shared with third parties
General Agreement
By enrolling, the student affirms the truth of all submitted information and agrees to abide by these policies. No certificate will be valid if the student falsifies data or fails to complete required hours.
National Online Training is prohibited from issuing a certificate of completion if the student has not met all requirements. Certificates are invalid if:
- The student signs it without completing required hours
- Information on the certificate is falsified
This agreement constitutes the full contract between CourtClass.com and the student. Verbal promises not contained here are not binding.
